Alili Bold Accessories strives to achieve the highest level of customer service. Our desire is that you are fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with an item that you bought from us you can return the unused item within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus 20% restocking fee.
Sale/discounted items and custom clothing orders are not eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible) to ensure full credit.

All products must be returned in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
Enclose your order number, customer name, and address with the item.
All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. You must provide a tracking number for your return package.
